This 50 min reformer foundation class, is teaching you the pilates lingo & proper cueing, while learning the five basic principles of STOTT PILATES, followed by a guided flow of movements through this reformer exercise class. The reformer class is designed to help build a strong foundation, heighten mind-body connection & awareness; improving posture, leaner muscles, core strength, stability and flexibility. Small props and equipment may be incorporated to add variety and to modify exercises.

Foundation Pilates

This 50 min reformer pilate class is a total body workout, allowing you to connect to your muscles, you didn’t even know you had. Utilizing your breath work to control and isolate movements and metal focus. The goal of this class is to GET SPICY…..  using the principles of pilates and applying them to a faster pace class. We’ll add occasional props to help build strength, rediscover your posture while finding balance and stability.

Reformer Pilates

This 50 min restore & recovery class is an active stretching / yin style class focusing on our connective tissue for the entire body. We incorporate pilate movements as a dynamic flow to facilitate flexibility needed in everyday life. While, the Yin poses are held to target the deep fascia which surrounds those muscles. The goal is to improve mobility and stability, and increasing blood flow to your muscles to reduce the risk of injury.

Restore & Recover

This 50 min Jumpstart & core class is spicy one. We’ll be pulling out the jumpboards for the first 30 mins of class, getting the heart rate elevated and breaking a sweat. Taking 15 mins to fire up our deep pelvic floor muscles and targeting our entire front, back side core muscles. Followed by a 5 min cool down to take in what just happened to your body.

Jumpstart & Core

“The Labs”,  Athletic reformer class, Is NOT Joseph’s Pilates. We invite you to Jump, Twist, push, squeeze, pulse your body past your comfort zone. During this 50 min heart pumping, muscle defining class we combined a hybrid of pilate movements with traditional gym exercises. Our teachers will guide you along the way, offering modifications and encouragement pushing you when things get too spicy. This class is designed for those who are looking to turn up their workouts.

Athletic Reformer

Welcome to Baby & Me Pilates, a unique and nurturing fitness class designed for new parents and their little ones! This class offers a wonderful opportunity to bond with your baby while getting a gentle yet effective workout. Suitable for Pregnant mama’s who’ve been attending pilates prior to pregnancy and Mama’s with babies aged 6 weeks to 12 months, Baby & Me Pilates focuses on postnatal fitness, core strength, and overall well-being. Must be cleared by your doctor to workout. 

What to Expect:

Postnatal Recovery: Our certified Pilates instructor will guide you through exercises specifically designed to help new parents recover from childbirth, rebuild core strength, and enhance flexibility.

Bonding Time: Enjoy quality time with your baby as you engage in playful and interactive movements that incorporate your little one into the workout. Strengthen your bond while gently introducing your baby to the world of movement.

Core and Pelvic Floor: Special attention is given to the core and pelvic floor muscles, which are crucial areas for postnatal recovery. The exercises are tailored to help you regain strength and stability in these key areas.

Supportive Community: Connect with other new parents in a supportive and friendly environment. Share experiences, offer support, and build a sense of community as you navigate the joys and challenges of parenthood together.

Adaptable Workouts: Whether you are a beginner to Pilates or have previous experience, our instructor will provide modifications and progressions to ensure that everyone can participate comfortably and safely.

Baby-Friendly Atmosphere: Feel free to attend to your baby's needs throughout the class. Feeding, changing, and soothing are all welcome so that both you and your baby are comfortable and happy.

A blanket or towel for your baby to lie on
