This 50 min reformer foundation class, is teaching you the pilates lingo & proper cueing, while learning the five basic principles of STOTT PILATES, followed by a guided flow of movements through this reformer exercise class. The reformer class is designed to help build a strong foundation, heighten mind-body connection & awareness; improving posture, leaner muscles, core strength, stability and flexibility. Small props and equipment may be incorporated to add variety and to modify exercises.
