This 50 min reformer pilate class is a total body workout, allowing you to connect to your muscles, you didn’t even know you had. Utilizing your breath work to control and isolate movements and metal focus. The goal of this class is to GET SPICY….. using the principles of pilates and applying them to a faster pace class. We’ll add occasional props to help build strength, rediscover your posture while finding balance and stability.
