Description

This 50 min restore & recovery class is an active stretching / yin style class focusing on our connective tissue for the entire body. We incorporate pilate movements as a dynamic flow to facilitate flexibility needed in everyday life. While, the Yin poses are held to target the deep fascia which surrounds those muscles. The goal is to improve mobility and stability, and increasing blood flow to your muscles to reduce the risk of injury.
