Description

This 50 min Jumpstart & core class is spicy one. We’ll be pulling out the jumpboards for the first 30 mins of class, getting the heart rate elevated and breaking a sweat. Taking 15 mins to fire up our deep pelvic floor muscles and targeting our entire front, back side core muscles. Followed by a 5 min cool down to take in what just happened to your body.
